Capturing C.A.B - The Camera Script

I have obtained an original camera script from the series three episode 'The Chamber Pot Plant' (episode five), this was produced to give details of cast and crew, recording times and equipment needed for the recording. This camera script was issued on green paper to a wardrobe mistress at Thames Television so she could organise the costumes needed for the day of filming.

This script has an image of the Queen's Beast on the first page and lists crew members that were not credited on the transmitted episode. This Camera Script also mentions that 'pick-ups' for episode 4 would have been recorded at the same time. This script can be seen below.
