I'm another one who wondered if I'd just imagined this show, friends of a similar age don't remember it at all. I remember being mesmerised by it as a kid! I doubt it'll ever see DVD release but if anyone gets word of some full length episodes becoming available somewhere let us know!! Someone is bound to have it taped on VHS.

Hi! I was digging through my past and came across this website, much to my surprise! I am the actress who played Tracy Barnes in series 3. I am no longer an actress, but it's nice to hear people enjoyed the programme. Keep up the good work! Not sure I am comfortable with a DVD release of it though! Lol!

How bizzare, I wasn't expecting to find anything about this show on the net but I found this site much to my delight!! The only episode I really remember was a couple of kids (boy and a girl both about 12) in some sort of junk shop with a mummy's tomb. They were trying to do something before the owner of the shop got back but were caught out when he did. I seem to remember this bloke spilling custard down his trousers or something like that!!

Over the years I've looked up C.A.B. in the search engines many times and found very very little. I watched the show as a kid and loved it but found it got very little online love.

I was about the same age as Colin and thought he was a cool hero. Didn't much like the little brother though. I remembered the show only having two series so was suprised that it was actually three. Particular parts of the story have always stuck with me, the clock locking door, the footsteps upstairs, the would be royals...

... but it's fantastic to see images and some clips from the show. My memories are all a bit vague but it all looks so familar now. I would love to see this on DVD or at least repeated on TV.

Great site :D ... brought loads of memories from my childhood flooding back! For years I've been trying to remember the name of the show i watched as a kid set in a junk shop.... and now I know! Remember it being similar to T Bag but much creepier! If only kids tv shows were this good now!

Thank you VERY much - I always recount this series when talking to others about kids t.v and EVERYONE seems to have forgotten it! It was great to see the pics and the sound clips brought back so many memories - this prog. really was quite scary! Great though! - I even remember a power cut we had once in the middle of an episode that I thought was a strange extra they had put in, or that someone had taken it off air because too many secrets were about to be revealed - what a great show it was - they don't make television like this anymore!

Hey thanks for the email - I remember this show when I was a kid and it was just so weird and bizarre I never really understood what was going on!

Would like to see this again - a DVD release would be ace.

Great work with the site!

Firstly, I would like to thank Jamie Hall for creating this website because it takes time and effort to do this. Secondly, CAB was another classic childrens drama series from the 1980's. It is not a well known series, but a damn good one all the same.

Please make an effort to sign the petition to try and get this classic series available to buy on dvd.

I am sure CAB was a favourite TV show of mine as a kid... but I am unable to find any images or clips available on the web. Apart from Wikipedia, this is the only reference I can find to this TV show. I will be bookmarking and popping back in the hopes some pictures appear in the future :D

Good luck with the site... Zim
